This machine feeds insulation paper from the reel, folds and cuts it to a preset length forms it to suit the shape of rotor slot, inserts it into the slot, and indexes the rotor to the next slots. This machine repeats the above actions in a cycle until all slots are insulated.
The only thing the operator has to do is to load and unload the rotor on the core nest and depress the button to start inserting. Then, the operation-inserting cell is finished. A variety or combination of slot shapes could be insulated by a unique tooling system as well.
This machine has a robust construction and has been designed compactly, it can extend the limit of the machine and be easy to arrange to the production line.
