When stator specifications are changed, only the replacement of one coil former is required and this can be quickly accomplished. Besides, this machine also has following advantages:
1. Synchronized winding-stripping mechanism enables any number of turns on only 30mm length of each step of the coil former to be obtained.
2. Index-table design makes it possible by winding and transfer tools changing simultaneously.
3. Parallel winding is possible with no wire damage. (optional)
4. Concentric winding can be achieved for 2 pole、4 pole、6 pole or 8 pole. 2 pole especially can produce outstanding effect.
