The SV12 ultra-compact diaphragm valve is capable of uniformly coating UV-curable adhesives and other low to medium-viscosity fluids without dripping. It is particularly easy to install when space for mounting the valve is limited.

How the Valve Operates: Input air pressure retracts the diaphragm seal, permitting fluid to flow (Figure 1). Once the cycle is completed, the spring retracts the piston and the diaphragm closes to shut off the fluid (Figure 2).
