MTA Vietnam 2023 take place from 04-07/07/2023 at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center – SECC, 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, HCMC, Vietnam.   

With the participation of more than 400 booths from 20 countries and regions (Vietnam, Canada, UK, USA, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Italy, Germany, China, Thailand,...). The exhibition helps Vietnamese businesses access new technologies and solutions in the current precision engineering and manufacturing industries. 

Throughout the exhibition, visitors were able to learn the most advanced technologies, equipment & tools on the industrial market, in such fields as: Robots, machine building technology, automation technology, application of AI/IoT/Machine Learning in industry. 

During the three days of the exhibition, Temas Engineering Joint Stock Company (Temas) displayed the Techman AI Collaborative Robot, combined with the 3D Flexible Feeder.  

The AI collaborative robot from manufacturer Techman (Taiwan), is the world's first AI collaborative robot with a built-in camera in the robot arm, helping the robot operate independently, intelligently, and safely. Easier programming and better human interaction.  

AI technology is integrated into the existing machine vision system of Techman robots, helping them to recognize and orient themselves to the environment, operating space as well as accurately locating the components parts and objects, making them easy to perform automated product picking or inspection tasks. AI machine vision can also read results from machines or inspection equipment and make appropriate decisions, and can monitor, analyze and integrate data during production to prevent errors and improve product quality. 

The Techman AI Cobot series brought by Temas is the Techman AI TM5 series, a small AI Cobots (for applications that need flexible, compact robots such as gluing, inspection or combined with AGV/AMR. Suitable for electronics, semiconductor, etc.) 

Temas has combined Techman AI Cobot with the 3D Flexible Feeder. This is a feeder that uses 3D vibration technology to feed the workpiece on demand, which is researched, developed and manufactured by Temas. It is suitable for many complex feeding demands. With the mechanism of using vibration technology to flip, corner, and arrange the workpiece without any trap mechanism, 3D Flexible Feeder can be used for a variety of workpieces with different shapes, sizes and materials  There is no need to make mechanical traps suitable for each type of workpiece like many other feeders on the market.
