We have laid the first bricks for the formation and construction companies from 2012. In the context of the economic situation in the country at that time was still very stagnant after the global financial crisis in 2008. 2012
On February 22, 2012, at alley 2, 149/156 Nguyen Dong Chi, Cau Dien town, Tu Liem district, Hanoi, which later became our company's first head office, we established Temas Engineering JSC with the main task of focusing on trading and transferring technology from abroad to Vietnam.
2013
The first office was located at Lai Xa Industrial Park, Kim Chung Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City.
June 2013, we established trading relationship with the first supplier in Tokyo, Japan.
2014
In February 2014, the office was moved to the 7th Floor, Intracom Building, 82 Dich Vong Hau Street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city.
In April 2014, become an authorized distributor of Suzhou Antai Airtech (SAT) - headquartered in Suzhou, China, a joint-venture company with AIRTECH Group, Japan - leading in the field of air filtration and clean-room equipment. Also in
April 2014, become an authorized distributor of SMC - a famous Japanese brand of pneumatic equipment, vacuums and electric actuators.
In July 2014, the company's headquarters was moved to Lane 4, Mieu Nha 01, Tay Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi city.
In December 2014, signed an official distribution agreement with Gravotech Group, France - that owns 4 famous brands of Propen, Technifor, Gravograph, Type3 - leading in the field of engraving and marking solutions.
2015
In June 2015, become an official distributor of Unipulse Corporation, Japan - specializing in providing sensors, indicators of measuring force, weight and torque.
In September 2015, we launched PROFEEDER brand for part-feeder which is the first brand owned by Temas Engineering JSC.
In October 2015, the Hanoi office was expanded and located on the 3rd floor, Intracom building, 82 Dich Vong Hau Street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city.
2016
In March 2016, Temas Ho Chi Minh office was established at No.189, Dang Van Bi street, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city.
In June 2016, signing distribution agreement with JANOME, Japan - supplying to Vietnamese market for both robots and servo presses.
In August 2016, become an authorized distributor of Mars Tohken Solutions, Japan - an expert in the field of Automatic Identification (AutoID).
In September 2016, applying the digitization system of the entire production and business process, a big step forward in the company's operation management system.
2017
In January 2017, set up Ho Chi Minh office and workshop in An Phu Dong ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh city - expanding business in Ho Chi Minh by not only providing equipment, but also designing and building machines.
In March 2017, established a designing dept. in Hanoi with the main task of translating mechanical drawings for Japanese customers.
Also in this year, the company started looking for partners to start a new chapter in the cooperation: Expanding from distribution relationship to investment cooperation.
With the achievement we accomplished in the first 5 years of development, we entered the new journey. Sharing is our core value, it helps us connect the dots and become a thought leader in our field.
2018
In April 2018, TeKS Technology Co., Ltd was founded - a joint venture company between Temas Engineering JSC and Kintetsu Engineering Co., Ltd. (Headquarter in Osaka, Japan).
In July 2018, signed a distribution agreement with the brand TECHMAN, Taiwan - famous for the world's first collaborative robot built-in camera, Temas becomes the first distributor in Vietnam as well as the first partners of TECHMAN in Southeast Asia.
In September 2018, become an authorized distributor of Modula, Italy - a leading supplier of vertical smart warehouse, an indispensable solution in the process of factory according to industrial 4.0 trend.
In October 2018, Temas Ho Chi Minh representative office was established and moved to No.99, Nguyen Thi Nhung street, Van Phuc city, Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on product distribution and technology transfer.
2019
In May 2019, signed a distribution agreement with Convergent Information Technologies GmbH. - provides robot simulation, calculation and offline programming software.
In July 2019, become a distributor of Tsutsumi Electric Co., Ltd - supplying automatic soldering unit. Then Temas' R&D dept. has completed a robotic soldering solution by the combination of Janome Robot and Tsutsumi soldering unit, we also provide and dedicated software specifically designed for the PCB soldering application.
In October 2019, Temas' headquarter building was inaugurated. Located No.17, X5 area, lane 60, Duong Khue street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi city.
In December 2019, the second joint-venture company between Temas and Mars Tohken Solution Co., Ltd, Japan was established with the name Meta Vision Co., Ltd - a research and development center for machine vision solution.
2020
In September 2020, we inaugurated a new Ho Chi Minh office, located at No.02, Lot C2, Street 50, KDC Phu Nhuan, Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh.
In October 2020, launched "3D flexible part feeder" with completely new technology was researched and developed by Temas' R&D team, proudly introducing a product "Made in Vietnam" for and first time in the market. From now, Temas is not only a trader or system integrator, but we also can research and develop industrial products.
In December 2020, New logo and brand identity were launched. Blend with Temas's core value, conveying the mission and vision of the company.
2021
In April 2021, the first order of Temas Flexible Partfeeder (R&D product by Temas) is delivered to our customer. This is a great motivation for the R&D Team to continue researching and developing more new products, helping Temas to assert its position in the market.
In August 2021, Temas' new website was officially put into operation.
2022
