From October 2nd to 4th, the 19th International Exhibition and Conference MTA 2024 took place at the I.C.E International Exhibition Center, 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

MTA 2024 gathered over 90 exhibitors from more than 13 countries and territories. With an exhibition area of 4,000 square meters, MTA Vietnam 2024 quickly attracted attention, welcoming over 6,000 visitors. The key sectors highlighted included robotics, industrial automation, sheet metal cutting/forming machinery, tool & tooling, metrology, cutting tools, etc.

During the three days of the exhibition, Temas Engineering Joint Stock Company showcased standout products such as the Techman AI collaborative robots S-series, and the Epson LS3-B SCARA robot, combined with our 3D flexible feeder system.

Highlight Automation Products Displayed at Temas Booth

The standout feature of Temas' booth this time was the Techman AI Collaborative Robot, S Series. Equipped with advanced AI technology and a machine vision system on its hand, the cobot can handle various complex vision applications such as object differentiation, OK/NG inspection, and product quality control. The new AI Cobot S-Series also boasts a 25% faster speed and 70% higher repeatability accuracy compared to previous versions of the Techman AI Cobot.

Temas also showcased the combination of Epson robots and the 3D Flexible Feeder, which was researched and developed by Temas. This product utilizes 3D vibration technology, allowing it to flip, shift, and arrange parts without any trapping mechanism. The 3D Flexible Feeder is capable of handling various types of parts with different shapes, sizes, and materials, and can be integrated with different types of robots such as desktop robots, 6-axis robots, SCARA robots, and more.

In addition, the Epson LS3 robot, with its superior performance and simple 400mm arm design, is the perfect choice for pick-and-place and assembly tasks requiring high precision. This efficient combination allows manufacturers to automate processes and quickly adapt to changing demands in the current industrial landscape.

At the exhibition, Mr. Bùi Văn Chí, director of Temas Engineering Joint Stock Company, delivered a speech at the seminar "Revolutionizing Approaches: Smart and Sustainable Manufacturing Towards Net-Zero". In this session, Temas presented the topic "Techman AI Cobot - Accelerate the industrial automation process" sharing insights into the industrial application of AI cobots and criteria for reducing emissions and protecting the environment. The speech attracted interest from various businesses and organizations, especially given the growing focus on AI in industry and Net-Zero emissions.
