Technical Information

With outstanding performance and reasonable prices, SATO's CG4 series of printers are available in two versions, a thermal transfer printer and a direct thermal printer with 203dpi and 305dpi resolutions. Like the CG2 printer, it is integrated with many optimal communication ports (standard connection port is built-in USB, in addition, there are RS232C ports; USB and LAN; or USB and parallel connection port), which is very easy to connect.

The CG4 printer can print high-quality labels, suitable for printing graphics and logos, 2D codes or patient wristbands.

Easy operation and maintenance

You won't need to ask "how do I change the printer's label?" when using the CG4 series. The design of CG4 printer has a very intuitive label mechanism design, which allows media loading in 3 simple steps 'Drop-Load-Go'. You can also print labels with date/time stamps as the CG4 is equipped with a real-time clock. One-touch, tool-free printhead removal allows you to quickly and easily change printheads and printer rollers.

High compatibility

CG4 has many language preference settings. The printer's language options help you replace other printer models without excessive data stream resetting. In addition, the CG4 can be used independently with the SATO numeric keypad, where you can format, store, import and print labels instantly without connecting to any computer.

You can refer to the SATO CG2 printer series with similar features but suitable for 2-inch labels.
