FEATURES
This robot sets small parallel pins.
When done manually, pins are easily lost, won't fit the hole, or won't go in straight.
Our robot takes a pin and sets it in the hole (h7Φ2×6mm pins shown here).
This demo uses a pin holder, going forward we'll use a pin feeder.
Robot shortens tact times, prevents missing pins, and insertion quality issues.
After the initial setting, the robot's optional I/O-MT auxiliary axes function can convey the work to a servo press for automatic precision insertion.
