Seminar "Techman Cobot - The ultimate automation solution for the industry 4.0 in manufacturing" was held on August 25, 2022; is a conference co-organized by Techman Robot and Temas Engineering JSC to introduce new applications of Techman robot for automation: 3D Vision, Techman Robot with AGV/AMR, Pick&Place.

More than 30 industry and automation companies in Vietnam joined the seminar. Many issues such as why it’s time to use the cobot in your business, the application of TM robots in production and how to create smart factories in the industry 4.0, etc. have been discussed and answered by representatives from Techman Robot and Temas.  

Ms. Francine - Representative of Techman Robot shared about the trend of using collaborative robots in the future, and the reasons why businesses need to use cobots right now to catch up with the 4.0 technology trend - smart factory.

Customers were excited about the demo tour - Where Temas presented new applications of the Techman cobot, including: 3D Vision, Techman Robot with AGV/AMR, Pick&Place.

3D Vision Application

3D Vision application: We use TM Robot TM12 with a camera built-in robot arm to solve the problem of pick&place 3D products. The robot can determine the direction, direction, and depth of the object, thereby picking up the predetermined position even if the object is not according to the rules at the place of delivery.

Pick&Place: Combined with 3D Flexible Feeder, Techman robot is used to pick and place workpieces and place them in the correct position with a repeatability of only ±0.05mm.
