On November 11, 2025, Temas Engineering JSC joined Nestlé Continuous Excellence 2025 (NCE Day 2025) at The Mira Hotel in Bien Hoa, following an invitation from Nestlé Vietnam. The event gathered Nestlé’s senior leadership, including the CEO, Technical and Manufacturing Directors, and plant managers from all six Nestlé factories across Vietnam.

What is NCE – Nestlé Continuous Excellence?

Beyond traditional Lean Manufacturing, Nestlé has developed the NCE system to holistically eliminate seven major types of waste in production:
