Ensenso N30 cameras feature a compact housing with an integrated pattern projector, two CMOS sensors and GigE interface. They are suitable for capturing static and moving objects.
The 3D cameras meet protection class IP65/67 and are therefore optimally protected against dirt, dust, water splashes or cleaning agents.
Live composition of the 3D point clouds from several viewing directions
The models are designed for working distances of up to 3,000 mm and variable image fields. They deliver up to 10 frames per second (2x binning: 30) at full resolution and 64 disparity levels and enable the output of a single 3D point cloud of all cameras used in multi-camera operation.
Thanks to the weight reduction, Ensenso N40 cameras are well suited for use on collaborative robot arms. The haptics of the plastic surface and rounded edges also help to minimize injuries.
Capturing low-texture surfaces
The integrated FlexView1 technology enables an even higher accuracy of the point cloud and robustness of the 3D data, especially with dark, shiny or reflective surfaces.
Ensenso N-series cameras are available in two sub-series: the N4x series (lightweight, cost-effective) and the N3x series (for highest demands).
