Takeuchi Precision Work CO., LTD officially opened in 1964. TSK is one of the leading manufacturers of linear motion bearings manufacturer in the world. TSK’s headquarters is in Fukushima, Japan. To meet customer needs, TSK built a factory in the VSIP Industrial Area in Binh Duong in 2005.

1. Linear Guide

TSK Linear Guide products are researched for a long period, they are designed and manufactured to obtain the best rolling performance of steel balls by TSK's accumulated machining technology. Linear guide products can meet the demand for automation, so they are widely used all over the world. 

1.1. LMBM Miniature Type Linear Guide

The raceway of TSK miniature type LMBM series is machined into Gothic arch curved in two circular arcs. The steel balls move in an unlimited circulation between the rail and the two lines of groove machined in the compact block. In addition, a variety of preload levels and accuracy grades are available and can be chosen according to various applications.

1.2. LMB Standard Type Linear Guide:

The raceway of TSK standard LMB linear guides are machined circular arch with two rows on each side.  It is designed for receiving equal load from four dimensions, and steel balls installed into a bearing block along with an end cap and ball retainer provide smooth and unlimited linear motion.

2. Linear actuator

High-quality positioning parts were made by TSK in-house that are adapted to every part of the actuator, and exceptionally excellent in cost-performance and high-grade linear actuator is realized. Besides the catalog model, a customized linear actuator is also available with reasonable lead time.

3. Ball spline

TSK ball spline is high stiffness and unlimited ball circulating type spline bearing. It can transmit torque at the same time while making linear motion by arranging steel balls between semicircular ball grooves machined on the spline shaft and nut and having steel balls circulated in there.

4. Cross Roller Slide

In the TSK cross roller slide TCR series, super precision rollers are alternately arranged in between precisely ground V-shaped raceway and tracking base. This gives it exceptional stiffness, highly accurate, smooth linear motion, and the ability to receive loads in any direction. When high-accuracy linear motion is needed, this is the best linear motion product. 

5. Cam follower

TSK cam follower is a solid unit composed of a set-in needle roller and a stud. The outer ring contacting the other surface rotates smoothly and allows high-speed rotation too. Cam followers are widely used in a variety of automation equipment, including not just cam mechanisms but also linear movement and index feeding.

7. Ball bushing

TSK ball bushings provide high precision, stiffness, and moment load. Straight-shape standard type, flange type, housing type, and self-aligning flange type are available.  Self-aligning flange type (P.A.T) bearings, in particular, do not require exact square processing of the mounting surface, and the alignment is automatically changed and secured by simply moving the bearing. This is a breakthrough linear bearing that allows for flawless ball alignment without the need for time-consuming mounting surface modification.

8. Linear Shaft

TSK linear shaft provides high accuracy roundness, straightness, cylindricity, and surface roughness based on TSK's strict quality control. Furthermore, TSK linear shaft is heat-treated using TSK's in-house hardening/tempering equipment, which ensures the shaft's consistent hardness, proper hardened layer thickness, endurance, and stiffness.

9. Feed Screw

10. Ball slide unit 

TSK ball slide unit is a limited stroke linear motion bearing consisting of an aluminum base and table guided by high-precision stainless steel balls. The ball raceway is made out of carefully machined stainless steel round shafts and allows for highly light, smooth, and accurate linear motion.
