II. MODU Modular Conveyor Product

1. Plastic chain

MODU provides mixed plastic chain conveyor systems. All conveyor systems can be assembled easily with standard tools.  

The elements of MODU system are produced by anodized aluminum and molded plastic, giving a spotless and aesthetic outlook. The bends, straights, and support are made up of pre-assembled pieces and the time assembling modular conveyors can be fewer thanks to simple hand tools. We ensure that we have ready stock availability of conveyor components. 

2. Plastic belt

The new modular plastic belt conveyor system from MODU is a simplified solution for delivering large products. The standardization of all components of the plastic belt conveyor helps engineering to maintain and operate more easily. The simple design of the new modular plastic belt conveyor system is reliable, flexible, safe, and adaptable to all requirements. The smooth white POM belt surface helps minimize the risk of scratches on sensitive products. Machinery that has been laid out to fulfill factory and operator requirements can easily be lined using suitable components and conveyors from our modular range. 

3. Spiral Conveyor

The simple design of the Spiral conveyor in MODU makes the system reliable, flexible, safe and has no trouble in operation. The development of MODU in maintenance and installation sectors includes automatic lubrication system (ALS) and tension adjustment. 

4. Accumulation Conveyor

4.1. Table - Accumulation

The table-accumulation keeps products as archives to generate mass buffering to respond to other processes with a large space. This equipment is controlled by two-gear motors which drive alternating conveyors in opposite directions.

4.2. S - Accumulation

Accumulation conveyors ensure the process FIFO (first-in, first-out) in line. It continues product orientation while providing accumulation between line operations. The clean design is befitted for applications in the pharmaceutical industry.

4.3. Alpine - Accumulation

The accumulation Alpine conveyor operates as a buffer among machines. It includes many conveyor layers stacked above each other. Alpine accumulation conveyor systems can be used for cooling, drying, and buffering. 

5. Elevating & Lowerating Conveyor

MODU Elevating and lowerating solution was specialized design to elevate products, lower products or buffer products. Four configurations are as below: 

5.1. Gripper Conveyor

A gripper Conveyor is a system that uses two sets of conveyors established in a gripping format to shift a product from a lower elevation to an upper elevation or vice versa in order to save floor space. It is an ideal assembly for high-speed production or packaging lines. It grips the product in a firm but gentle manner before releasing it onto another conveyor.

5.2. Elevator/Lowerator

MODU’s Elevator/ Lowerator is designed with high speed, payload, and capacity, mostly to deliver cases, bags and trays.  It uses less floor space in cases/carton palletizing lines, warehousing, or work-in-progress storage applications by transferring products to an overhead conveyor section. Therefore, making aisle ways, providing space for forklifts, and moving goods between floors. 

5.3. Friction and Cleated Conveyor

Friction and cleated conveyors are a cost-effective and straightforward way to bring a product from one level to another. When improving the production process, you will save floor space, add more production capacity, and extend accessibility. The system is effective and adaptable to different goods due to its refined design and standardized interfaces to the upstream and downstream equipment.

5.4. Spiral Conveyor

6. Conveyor Guide

MODU conveyor guide, guides products being conveyed and also to prevent them from falling off the conveyor. The conveyor system consists of a versatile system of guide rails and guide rail brackets which make it contain many different product sizes and shapes. Guide rail brackets have two configurations: fixed and adjustable.  

7. Conveyor Support Structure

MODU standard and overhead conveyor support structures offer superior stability. They were specially designed to make certain standard and overhead conveyor systems function in place and allow for moving when necessary. MODU support structures are modular in design and may be utilized on any conveyor of sufficient width.
