High stiffness and Safe overload of 500%

As deformation under load is small, DCSB can be used safely for cutting by machine tools or for measuring grinding force.

With its 500% safe overload, DSCB can stably measure even severe load over a long period.

Excellent maintainability

Zero point and full scale are adjusted at the time of shipment from a factory; recalibration is unnecessary at a replacement of DSCB.

As a cable and the main unit are connected with a connector, troublesome cable laying operations at a replacement of the main unit is unnecessary.

Misalignment of zero point from a time of shipment to the present can be checked, thus abnormality can be promptly detected.

Noise-resistant digital output incorporated! 

Output format is compliant with RS-485 standard thus is noise resistant; DSCB can be installed with long-distance cable. 

Abundant functions incorporated 

HI/LO limit comparison & a wide variety of hold functions are included.

Sample, Peak, Bottom, Peak & Bottom, Average can be selected for Hold function.

Digital low-pass filter and moving average filter can be adjusted by commands.

Connect to PC and PLC directly without dedicated indicator

By connecting to PC, draw waveforms, logging and such operations can be achieved with dedicated software (for free).

DSCB: High stiffness digital load cell

Digital load cell "DSCB" is a load cell which not only inherits high stiffness and high safe overload (500%) from Super Cell (i. e. SCB) but specializes in signal transmissions in noise environment and long distance.

The rated capacity of 20 kN and 50 kN are available.

Since an indicator is not necessary, we can offer it with a simple and an affordable price.

In addition, as DSCB is capable of measurement if you have a PC, it is ideal for those who carry a load cell or operate force measurement on a table.

DSCB dedicated software

DSCB dedicated software has a following functions: 

1. Hold function 

5 types of holds listed above are equipped as standard.

They are easy to be set with the PC application, and data is automatically saved when in Hold.

2. Trigger function

With Trigger function, even instantaneous force can be drawn in graph!

Variable width can be calculated immediately with 2 cursors.

3. Read out calibration value & date

Since it is calibrated at the time of factory shipment, DSCB can be used immediately as soon as it arrives.

The calibration value is saved, and can be read out anytime. It is useful for a regular maintenance 

4. Filter setting

The settings of "Moving average", "Low-pass filter" and "High-pass filter" can be configured according to noise at sites.

5. Comparison function setting

A comparison timing can be set.
