Technical Information

LUBEMATE System Controller LMC380D digitally controls the volume of coating fluids, especially high-density-film lubrication oils.

LUBEMATE System Controller LMC380 widely controls the volume of coating fluids from minute to large. The dispensed volume can be adjusted even while the system is running, which is especially advantageous for an intermittent dispensing process. One controller is capable of driving up to eight valves.

LUBEMATE System Controller LMC380 pressurizes a tank to control dispensing volume using Flow Control. When a metal stamping machine starts to run, the inner solenoid opens the valves, which allows nozzle air for creating fine films of droplets. The nozzle air pressure can also be controlled by the valves mounted above and below the feedstock independently.
